My Roles: Eleven Lab, an innovation and startup incubator laboratory which focuses on promoting projects that generate an impact of sustainability and efficiency in society, contacted me to lead the validation phase of their program for the idea behind Whai. My roles as a design consultant was to validate whether the entrepeneur's idea for a product or service matched the intended users needs through benchmarking, user research, analysis, iterative proof of concepts and busines model generation. 

Product Objective: Connect students with their skills and vocations by providing them with experiences outside the classroom, tools, guides and, above all, freedom of choice. Facilitate decision making today to help define who they will be tomorrow.

Duration: The validation phase had a duration of one month, after this month, the entrepeneur kept working with Eleven Lab through its setup and launch programs.

Tools: User research via google meet, brainstorming sessions using Mural, ClickUp, Typeform, Sketch, Invision
