What is a Service Safari? Service Safari is an exercise that enables us to understand how services work and diagnose how they can be improved. Pangea's Mission during the Safari

We broke down the participants into four groups. Each group had a different mission and different Safari destinations.

There was one facilitator that accompanied each group throughout the whole experience to help out any doubts that arose and to keep up with the planned schedule.

The purpose of this debrief was to inspire the other groups and to document interesting findings and things the group wanted to work on in the future.

To wrap the day up, we surprised participants with a video of the Safari they had just finished (this required a lot of work from out camera and video editing colleague) but the wow factor it created was worth it.

A Service Safari is a great way to look at the world with fresh eyes. I highly recommend it as a tool during a discovery phase of a project.
